We get it—buying clothes online can feel like a gamble. That’s why at Ivory Thread Boutique, we’ve made it risk-free to find something you want to keep. If your order doesn’t fit just right or you change your mind, no worries—we’ll cover the return shipping and issue an exchange or store credit for your returned item(s). 

Want your money back? We understand. We will issue a refund minus the cost of return shipping. 

📅 Return Window

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to send items back.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags still attached, no makeup marks, perfume, or pet hair — our pups are cute, but they don’t ship with your order 🐾).

🔄 What’s Returnable

✅ Clothing, shoes, and accessories in original condition.
❌ Final Sale items, clearance, bodysuits, jewelry, and gift cards are non-returnable (thanks for understanding!).

🚚 How to Return

  1. Log in to your customer account by going to https://account.ivorythreadboutique.com, find your order and the item you want to return, and request the return. If you have any issues with the self-serve method, please email us at returns@ivorythreadboutique.com with your order number and reason for return, and we will take care of the process for you.

  2. We’ll send you return instructions.

  3. Once we receive and inspect your item, we’ll issue an exchange, store credit, or refund within 3 business days.

  • Store credit will be applied to your customer account (https://account.ivorythreadboutique.com).

  • All returns are issued to the original form of payment.
