If your order doesn’t fit just right or you change your mind, no worries—we’ll cover the return shipping and issue an exchange or store credit for your returned item(s).

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (tags still attached, no makeup marks, perfume, or pet hair — our pups are cute, but they don’t ship with your order 🐾).

✅ Clothing, shoes, and accessories in original condition.
❌ Final Sale items, clearance, bodysuits, jewelry, and gift cards are non-returnable (thanks for understanding!).

If you have any issues with the self-serve method, please email us at returns@ivorythreadboutique.com with your order number and reason for return, and we will take care of the process for you.
