Because waiting for pretty packages should be almost as fun as receiving them.

📦 Processing Time

  • We know you’re excited (we are too!) — orders are usually packed with love and shipped out within 2–3 business days.

  • During launches, sales, or holidays, we may need a smidge more time. (Think of it as us fluffing the tissue paper a little extra for you!)

🚚 Shipping Options

  • Standard Shipping (typically 5–8 business days): $8.95 flat rate or FREE on orders over $100.00.

Currently, we ship anywhere in the U.S.

💌 Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is on the move, you’ll get an email with tracking info.

  • Packages are handled by USPS/UPS, so delivery times are in their hands once they leave ours.

📭 Lost or Delayed Packages

We wish we could hand-deliver every order with a bow, but sometimes mail carriers have off days. If your package seems MIA (missing in action):

  • Double-check your shipping address.

  • Peek around the porch/with neighbors.

  • If it’s still lost, email us at orders@ivorythreadboutique.com and we’ll help track it down.
